*1. Daily 1:1 nutrition advisory and nutrition support*:
– Personally designed eating plan and specific guidance on right sizing your meals
– Tailored to your palate and food preferences to ensure that this “diet” becomes your lifestyle
– Recommendations on what to do when eating out or have events etc.
– Nutritional support where required, based on your needs.
*2. Weekly workout planning and analysis*:
– Tailored to your current fitness level and available time to commit to exercise
– Aims to maximise results vs effort, to increase mobility, strength and endurance
– Designed for injury prevention. In situations where have existing injuries, additional 1:1 consult for postural correction with Rehab therapy via exercise prescription while building muscle.
– Exercises are catered to your interest to ensure that this lifestyle is sustainable in the long run
– Provide daily “hacks” to incorporate calorie burning activities at idle times
*⁠3. Weekly/Monthly tracking and measurement*:
– It’s all about the STATS! Measuring for progress, with adjustment to nutrition and exercise as needed
– Weekly tracking of body fat %, visceral fat, Body Age and skeletal muscle %
– Monthly tracking of body circumference measurements at target areas (arms, thighs, calves, waist, abdomen, hips)
– Monthly tracking of skin carotenoids to ensure nutrients are being absorbed. Includes blood pressure and bone density tracking where required.
